Retained plans run on a 3-month minimum term. They’re advisory support — unused calls and queries don’t roll over, and complex casework is quoted separately.

Not sure which option fits?

That’s normal. Most people come with a situation, not a neat product name. Tell me what’s happening and I’ll recommend the most proportionate next step — even if that’s just a one-off call.

Pricing — common questions

Why are prices shown as “from”?

Because every situation is different. The “from” price is an honest starting point; after a short enquiry I’ll confirm a fixed fee for your specific case, so there are no surprises once we begin.

Do I pay before I know the cost?

No. You’ll always have a clear price before committing. The guided enquiry lets me understand what you need, then I come back with a recommended next step and what it costs.

Is there VAT or any hidden cost?

I’ll always be clear about the total cost in your quote, including anything that would be charged separately such as complex casework. No hidden extras.

Can I just pay for one thing?

Absolutely. Many clients only ever use a one-off advice call, case review or document. There’s no obligation to take ongoing support.

How do retainer prices work?

HR Lite starts from £195/month and HR Plus from £395/month, both on a 3-month minimum term. They’re advisory plans; calls and queries don’t roll over, and anything complex is quoted separately so you stay in control of the cost.

What if I choose the wrong option?

You do not need to diagnose it perfectly. Send the enquiry, explain what is happening, and I’ll point you towards the most sensible route before you commit.
