Hi, I’m Rosie. Founder of Thrive. and your on-demand HR Director.

Why?

Because I don’t flinch at messy.

I don’t hide behind policy.

And I don’t believe HR should ever slow a business down.

I’ve led system-wide transformation across public and private sector. I’ve restructured whole organisations while protecting culture. I’ve delivered six-figure training schemes and built local workforces from scratch. I’ve anchored organisations into the hearts of their communities, and developed successful spin-off business such as training academies for my clients. And I’ve done it all while being the one in the room who’s expected to fix it — fast, and with integrity.

So when I created Thrive., it wasn’t about “starting a consultancy.”

It was about showing up for business owners who are deep in it — the way I wish someone had shown up for me.
