About
I’m brought in when people decisions carry real risk
I work with founders and leadership teams when situations are tense, exposed, or already escalating, and getting the decision wrong would cost far more later.
I’m not traditional HR, and I’m not a lawyer.
I sit in the messy middle, where management decisions become legal exposure, culture shows under pressure, and leaders need clarity rather than noise.
Most HR reacts. I design decisions that stand up later.
Why I work this way
I’ve spent my career watching organisations create avoidable risk. Not through bad intent, but through rushed decisions, emotional responses, and weak structure under pressure.
Once lawyers are involved, the cost multiplies. Once culture fractures, recovery is slow. Most of the damage happens before anyone realises things have escalated.
My work exists to intervene earlier: to stabilise situations, protect decision quality, and reduce downstream legal, cultural, and financial cost.
What I bring
I’m CIPD qualified and hold an LLM in Employment Law, with senior HR leadership experience across complex, regulated environments.
I’ve supported organisations through high-risk exits, tribunal claims, restructures, and systemic people issues, working alongside solicitors where needed and helping leaders regain control when situations feel loaded.
How I work
Clients bring me in when they need calm, structured thinking under pressure.
I work closely with leaders to organise facts, clarify risk, coach difficult conversations, and design decisions that are fair, proportionate, and defensible.
I’m not here to take sides or offer generic reassurance. My role is to help you act with confidence and protect you later.
If you’re here because something feels high-stakes
If a people issue feels tense, exposed, or difficult to contain, you’re in the right place.
