About Me
I’m Rosie. Founder of Thrive. and your on-demand HR Director.
I’m not traditional HR, and I’m not a lawyer.
I sit in the messy middle - right where management decisions become legal exposure, culture shows under pressure, and leaders need clarity rather than noise.
Why?
Because I don’t flinch at messy.
I don’t hide behind policy.
And I don’t believe HR should ever slow a business down.
I’ve led system-wide transformation across public and private sector. I’ve restructured whole organisations while protecting culture. I’ve delivered six-figure training schemes and built local workforces from scratch. I’ve anchored organisations into the hearts of their communities, and developed successful spin-off business such as training academies for my clients. And I’ve done it all while being the one in the room who’s expected to fix it, fast, and with integrity.
What I bring
I’m CIPD qualified, hold an LLM in Employment Law, and have led senior HR work across complex, regulated environments.
I’ve supported organisations through high-risk exits, tribunal claims, restructures, and systemic people issues — working alongside solicitors when needed, and helping leaders regain control when situations feel loaded.
So when I created Thrive., it wasn’t about “starting a consultancy.”
It was about showing up for business owners who are deep in it - the way I wish someone had shown up for me.
