Yes. Remote delivery is the standard option and the starting prices shown are for remote sessions. It works well for briefings, workshops and longer programmes.
Can training be delivered in person?
Yes. In person delivery is available and quoted separately. The quote may reflect travel, preparation, group size, location and any bespoke materials. For West Midlands employers, in person sessions may carry lower travel costs.
Is the training suitable for new line managers?
Yes. Sessions can be pitched for managers who are new to handling people issues, as well as for more experienced managers and HR teams. The level is matched to the group.
Can you tailor training to our policies?
Yes. Training can be shaped around your own contracts, handbook and policies so managers learn the way your business actually does things. Fuller bespoke design is quoted separately.
Can we discuss live employee issues during training?
Training is general guidance and does not replace tailored advice on a live case. We can use realistic scenarios, but specific live cases are better handled through HR advice or a case review.
